Mark Casey, age 60, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on January 2, 2026, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, MO. He was born on April 21, 1965, in Jacksonville, Illinois, to Paul Casey and Joan Willard (Casey). Mark is survived by his Mother and by his Step-Father, Danny Williard.

 

Mark is survived by his devoted Wife, Lisa Casey, who united in marriage in 2016. Mark was a loving grandfather to six step-grandchildren. He is also survived by four step-children: Rachelle Rickman (Graham), Richard Graham, Latoyia Forester (Seggebartt), and Samantha Carter.

 

Mark is also survived by his Brother, John Casey and his spouse Jenni Casey, and his Nephews, Jackson Casey and Jacob Casey.

 

For over 35 years Mark worked as an electrician in the Springfield area. Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing for his family, he spent his career serving others through his trade.

 

Outside of work, Mark enjoyed riding his Harley, building and creating with his hands, spending time with his beloved dogs, hunting morel mushrooms, and golfing with his friends.

 

Mark will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and warm sense of humor. His life reflected quiet strength, perseverance, and love; his legacy will continue to live on through family and all who were fortunate to know him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

 

Cremation rites have been accorded, with no public services currently planned. A Celebration of Mark’s Life will be held at a soon coming date.
